Emergent Learning Academy (ELA) is the official training entity of the PEAK Relational Training System. This independent organization was formed Dr. Mark Dixon to serve the growing global demand for trainings. ELA offers a voluntary certification training program that provides behavior analysts with training and expertise in the PEAK system. Expert trainers are individuals who have spent multiple years entrenched in the PEAK program and many have been authors of one or more peer-reviewed publications. These trainers travel the world to bring the potential enhancement in assessment and curriculum design to interested clinicians, organizations, and geographical areas.
